Learn the secret to a healthy life from the man who battled death and won – Dr Ruben Seetharamdoo.
Before I show you how you can learn to unlock the potential to gain optimal health and vitality in two and a half days, a few words about my 'health journey" and how I learnt to enrich my life with health, vitality and happiness through my own personal experiences. My name is Ruben Sherandra Seetharamdoo, or Ruben to my friends and family and originally from Mauritius
I began my 'health journey" after I fell sick whilst attending university in New Delhi, India in 1995. I always had an interest in sports and had an active and healthy childhood, playing football since the age of 4. I grew up in the beautiful and idyllic paradise island of Mauritius. Although i was very active physically, my diet was not very healthy.
In 1995, after experiencing life-threatening complications and having a near death experience after a bout of food poisoning , my doctor advised me about my diet and cautioned me to balance my diet or suffer continued health risks. I knew that my diet was a source of my heart health problems even before my doctor told me. I realised I had to revise my diet to include more foods that are in tune with my not only my body type but with the five elements of nature.
I went on a quest to find out all I could about the best health, diet and wellness programs available worldwide. I dedicated my life to learning about health and wellness. I invested many years of the best part of my life and thousands of pounds attending custom training seminars and workshops involved in improving physical, mental and overall health and wellness.
My greatest reward is being able to enrich lives with the experience I've gained.
Over the years, during my quest to find out all I could about health and keeping fit, I came to realise that I had the power within me to not only to regain my health, but to also achieve my dreams by adopting regular habits and practicing techniques that dramatically changed my life for the better.
My journey has been a long but fruitful one. I have stared death in the face and fought with life-threatening sicknesses that weakened my body but not my spirit. I overcame life-threatening complications and not only recovered from a bout of weakness caused by food-poisoning but also discovered life-changing health and wellness practices that have enriched my life with vitality.
My greatest reward and satisfaction comes from the fact that I get to hear from my clients how attending my training programmes and workshops transformed their lives for the better.
I want to share my knowledge and understanding of Western and Eastern approaches to health and wellbeing with as many people as possible. So, that you don't have to go through what I did. Before I realised that the power to gain health and happiness lies within me, I was like most people looking for the answers in all the wrong places.
I have applied these tried and tested techniques in my life and reaped the benefits.

And I made it my life's mission to teach all that I have learnt about health and fitness and to share my knowledge of how simple and easy it is to lead a healthy life, with as many people as possible.
